​Come find your tribe and get your sweat on with a group training session. Sessions are always changing so that we can bring new challenges to our members and help them achieve better results.
Focusing on functional training, group fitness sessions are built upon proven modalities (such as barbells,TRX, kettlebells, and bodyweight training), but offered in a bootcamp format. The sessions are open and accessible to people of all levels of abilities - absolutely no previous experience required!
For that extra kick of cardio (literally!), we offer Intro to Kickboxing classes. High energy and extremely fun to participate in, Intro to Kickboxing focuses mainly on partner drills and padwork. As with all our sessions, this is open to all ages & levels of experience, with no previous experience needed.
Our group fitness schedule has options available Monday-Saturdays, so there’s lots of availability to fit with most everyone’s work/family schedules.

12:00 Noon - Group Fitness - Monday through Friday
5:00PM - Group Fitness - Monday through Friday
6:00PM - Group Fitness - Monday through Thursday
7:00PM - Kickboxing - Tuesday

Membership Options
The Sweat Box is hands down THE BEST. Christine and Marc are meticulous in every aspect of how they run their modern, clean and safe fitness studio. Workouts are designed to challenge you to push further than you think you can go, and if you ever waiver in that progression they are there to encourage you as you need it.

Honestly hands down best gym in KW! I’ve never been so happy with how fun and amazing all the classes are!
